At Kändi, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kandistudiocity@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
